Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Seville Meadows Care Center located at 83 High St., Seville, Ohio has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist. Responsibilities:
Perform receptionist duties; Greets and provides excellent customer service to all visitors, answer incoming calls
Responsible for scheduling of clinical staff
Assists with various office administrative functions, including ordering office supplies, photocopying, and monitoring incoming/outgoing scans and facsimiles
Assists HR with the application, hiring, and onboarding process
Assists Business Office with banking, fun processing, and accounts payable
Demonstrates positive professional interactions with all candidates, caregivers, independent contractors, team members, clients, customers, residents and patients
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High Diploma/GED required. Associate's degree, preferred
Minimum of 3 years previous office/clerical/administrative experience required. Preferred, healthcare administration
Demonstrated knowledge of medical and business terminology
Superior keyboarding skills
Competent in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) to create and edit clear, concise and professional level documentation (memos, e-mails, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple projects, changing projects and work under pressure meeting frequent deadlines.
Ability to manage a multi-line phone
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, capable of self-direction, independence of action and the ability to exercise good judgment
Capability to perform assigned or self-initiated activities and independently resolve issues
Familiar with office organization protocols and procedures
Adherence to high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Must be an engaged and organized individual with strong critical thinking skills who has the ability to work efficiently under pressure



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
