Activities Director

Seville Meadows Care Center located in Seville, Ohio is hiring for a full-time Activities Director.
The Activities Director is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing a program of activity/leisure pursuits designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational and physical needs and interests of patients in accordance with the comprehensive patient care plan.
Experience: Two years of experience conducting social/recreational programs within the past 5 years, one of which was full-time in a patient activities program in a health care setting.
Physical requirements: Lifting 20 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs.; standing, walking, talking, hearing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling and feeling.
Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma or its equivalent and MEPAP certification.
This person may also be either a qualified therapeutic recreation specialist or an Activities Professional Certified by a recognized accrediting body.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
