Responsibilities Tear down, clean, and organize automatic transmissions/parts Prep/Paint Automatic Transmissions to be built (Sandblasting, grinding, cleaning) Assist with operations within the shop area if needed Test transmissions on a transmission dynamometer Keep a clean and safe work environment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Tearing down Required Skills Mechanical & automotive experience Experience building automatic transmissions a plus & would qualify for a higher hourly rate.
Familiarity with tools required for job Ability to lift 45+lbs.
