Answer incoming phone calls and respond to caller inquiries or route calls as appropriate.
Maintain calendars, files, and set up meetings as needed.
Administrative functions such as making copies, sending faxes, filing, mailings, etc.
Interact with homeowners/clients via phone and written correspondence, providing routine information and responding to routine inquiries and requests.
Analyze situations, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
Meet tight time constraints and deadlines.
Demonstrate consistently positive customer service skills focused on client retention.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items if needed.
Respond to questions and requests for information in a timely manner.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Provide coverage for other team members while on vacation as needed.
Work collaboratively on various projects and goals.
Other duties as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
