Elevate Human Capital, LLC Elevate Human Capital, LLC Seville, OH Seville, OH Full-time Full-time $20 an hour $20 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago 1st shift - 7AM-330PM The Pallet Reman/Pallet Builder builds wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets and/or lumber.
In some locations they may also repair pallets by taking damaged pallets sent from our customers and return them to service-ready condition, before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer.
Must be comfortable operating tools used to complete repairs, including but not limited to:
Nail gun Manual & electric saws Hammer Wire brushes Pneumatic tools Responsibilities and Expectations Must be accountable for achieving client results while maintaining client's core values and safety standards Ability to complete all production paperwork with accuracy Utilize appropriate tools and methods to build pallets Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition Communicate effectively with Production Supervisors, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards Ability to maintain clients efficiency and performance standards of production Must maintain a clean & safe working environment that meets clients standards Build the given number of pallets, once training is complete Repair the given number of pallets, once training is complete Expected to be able to work without constant supervision to achieve production quotas in the repair area, safely Stack pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions Check loads to make sure they are secure Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
