Essential duties and job functions:
Mowing, weeding, tree trimming, edging, blowing, etc.
Operate various equipment and operate vehicles as required.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Two years ground maintenance experience, basic knowledge of equipment capabilities and operations, possess a valid drivers license with an acceptable record, must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident, must have the ability to lift/carry 50lbs, and stand for an 8-hour shift, ability to communicate and be a team player.
Preferred:
Technical experience and/or training with small engine repair, possess basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge with regards to small gasoline and diesel engines and various landscaping and grounds keeping power equipment.
